Use this handy form to pre-order the Whimsical Holiday Tree and pay at the time of pick up.   This is a HOT SELLING ITEM and pre-ordering would be recommended so that I will save a tree for you in the event that I sell out (and I usually do!).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please contact me if you will not be able to pick up on the day you have chosen.  If you fail to arrive on your pick up date and do not contact me to choose an alternative day, your order will be canceled after 24 hours and your tree will no longer be held for you.  I will send a reminder text between 8-9am on the morning of your pick up day so you won't forget.
