Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues or supply chain issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Please note that due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic and disruptions in the supply chain, substitutions are highly likely…especially in regards to the vase or container used for any design.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact us.
